Our durable plastic lifts will gradually conform to the shape of your shoe, are easily trimmed to fit, if necessary, with scissors or a sharp knife. They are most comfortable and stable if placed under the footbed or insole of the shoe or boot. This allows both feet to rest on the same material. Molded lifts will outlast a pair of shoes and be ready for the next pair. If you use double-sided tape to hold them in place, they can easily be removed and installed into the next pair of shoes. These molded plastic lifts are designed to be semi-permanently attached in a pair of shoes, using glue or double-sided tape. Four sizes available in Men's, Woman's and Youth's - 3mm, 5mm, 7mm, 9mm.
